Sakuntala and Natarajan Foundation was set up with the purpose of providing affordable and quality Palliative Care Service for Salem and adjoining districts of Tamil Nadu. The foundation aims to improves the quality of life for patients and their families by addressing the psychosocial, legal, and spiritual problems associated with life-threatening illness and by training health care workers in Palliative Care to bring about a quantum improvement in their skill levels through collaboration with other training centers.
