I recently had a consultation with Dr.Viswanathan, and I was truly impressed with the level of care I received even in the call. You took the time to listen to all my concerns without rushing, and your counseling helped me find strength, especially with my father's condition.
Thank you so much, sir 🙏🏻.
I believe it's essential to spread awareness about palliative care for non-curable diseases and make it more accessible without significant financial burden. Your center is a great example of this."

Our Deepest Gratitude to Dr. Vishwanathan Sir
We were introduced to Dr. Vishwanathan sir as an anaesthetist when my grandmother was diagnosed with breast cancer and required surgery. At that time, we had no idea how much of a guiding light he would become for our family.
My grandmother was in stage 4 cancer—where the disease had spread to several parts of her body—and was in constant, unbearable pain. In her final days, she grew extremely weak, became completely bedridden, and stopped eating solids altogether. Watching her suffer was heartbreaking for my mother, who desperately wanted to ease her condition by giving her some energy through IV fluids.
It was then, through Dr. Sachin sir, that we were connected with Dr. Vishwanathan sir. He introduced us to palliative care and helped us truly understand how to care for patients who are nearing the end of their life. He made us realise that it’s more important to look at the situation from the patient’s perspective rather than making decisions solely based on what we think is good for them. This changed everything for us.
His counselling brought peace and clarity during a time of chaos. With his support, we were able to take better care of my grandmother, focusing on her comfort and dignity rather than invasive interventions.
What touched us the most was how approachable, compassionate, and genuinely caring sir was. Even though we were initially hesitant to reach out to him, he would always call to check in on my grandmother. His concern for every single patient he sees is immense and difficult to put into words. In fact, just five minutes before my grandmother passed away, we were able to call him for guidance—a moment we will always carry with us.
Dr. Vishwanathan sir’s vision for palliative care is truly exemplary. The fact that he also runs a foundation to help people suffering from chronic pain or nearing the end of life speaks volumes about his selfless nature and dedication. In a world that often feels driven by profit, it is rare and humbling to meet someone so genuine, kind, and purpose-driven.
We are a hundred percent sure that anyone who comes to Dr. Vishwanathan sir will receive the right care, the right guidance, and the deepest compassion. After my grandmother passed away, my mother also began consulting sir for her shoulder pain, and under his care, she started feeling better. He has now become our family’s go-to doctor—his words heal just as much as his treatment does.
We will always remain deeply grateful to Dr. Vishwanathan sir for standing with us when we needed it the most. He is not only a remarkable doctor but also a rare and wonderful human being.

Dr. Vishwanathan is an extraordinary doctor whose care and compassion go far beyond typical medical treatment. My 75-year-old mother was diagnosed with advanced lung cancer, which had spread to multiple parts of her body. During this heartbreaking and challenging time, Dr. Vishwanathan not only provided expert medical advice but also offered constant emotional and psychological support. His approach to palliative care is unique—he was with us every step of the way, offering 24/7 guidance and counseling.
Dr. Vishwanathan's ability to communicate the reality of the situation with clarity and empathy was a source of comfort for our family. He spoke to us about the importance of letting go, helping us understand that it’s better for our loved ones to pass away without prolonged suffering. His willingness to visit us at home during such painful times and offer his condolences after my mother passed away was deeply moving. It truly showed how much he cares about his patients and their families.
What sets Dr. Vishwanathan apart is not just his medical expertise but his genuine heart and vision to give back to society. He lives by strong principles, always adhering to discipline, honesty, and ethics. His commitment to helping others, especially those in need, is evident through his work with the Sakuntala and Natarajan Foundation, which aims to make palliative care accessible to those who might otherwise not have the means to receive it.
Many others, like myself, have been touched by his unwavering support, and we all share a deep respect for his efforts to bring peace and comfort to families during their most difficult moments. His presence made an unimaginable time a little more bearable, and I can honestly say we are blessed to have had him by our side.
Dr. Vishwanathan is more than just a doctor; he is a guide, a counselor, and a pillar of strength during some of the toughest moments in life. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of palliative care or counseling. His professionalism, ethical values, and heartfelt compassion are rare to find, and I am forever grateful for the support he provided to our family. Thank you, Dr. Vishwanathan, for everything.
